Seeking 3+ years of experience installing, maintaining and repairing industrial CNC machine tools including Hurco, DMG Mori Seiki, Haas, Star, Doosan, Mazak, Makino, Samsung, and similar.
 
Common services provided include:
 
• Installation prep and machine assembly.

• Leveling & calibration
 
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and PLC issues.
 
• Replacements of spindles, bearings, motors, sprockets, etc.
 
• Diagnostics of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
 
• Repair or replacement of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
 
Requires regular travel regionally.
