Maintenance Technician

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities within the manufacturing operation. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, tools, and building systems to minimize downtime and maintain production quality. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on welding equipment, woodworking machinery, and shop toolsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on shop equipmentMaintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, ventilation, and safety systemsEnsure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations during all maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts inventory, and equipment performance Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operationsAssist in installation and setup of new machinery and equipment Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actionsPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or shop environmentStrong knowledge of welding and woodworking equipment maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systemsFamiliarity with safety protocols and lockout/tagout proceduresBasic computer skills for record-keeping and reportingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying shop conditions (heat, dust, noise)Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment BenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
