Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician?

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in keeping our facility and equipment running at peak performance!

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate repairs and schedule preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment

  • Maintain and repair machinery including press brakes, levelers, hoists, conveyors, paint systems, lighting, and facility fixtures

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems (120–480v)

  • Replace motors, move/set machinery, and complete general facility improvements

  • Organize prints, parts inventory, manuals, and schematics

  • Order and manage critical replacement parts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Welding experience (must pass in-house CAT Certified Welder test & CAT 7STWE training)

  • Basic electrical knowledge and ability to use a multimeter

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Own basic hand tools

  • Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed

  • Reliable transportation

Pluses (Not Required):

  • Electrical repair certifications

  • PLC knowledge

We provide training on CO2 lasers and robotic welders and offer opportunities for skill development and advancement.
