This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.
• Schedule flexibility is required, including the ability to work weekends when necessary to meet property maintenance demands.
• Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.
