The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to helping keep our equipment and facility operating at peak performance.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machineryPerform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptimeDiagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systemsSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projectsHelp improve equipment reliability, safety, and productivityAssist with building and grounds maintenance as neededWork closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operationsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impactWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required1-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferredExperience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, or HVAC systemsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPositive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsTeam player who accepts feedback and enjoys working collaborativelyContinuous improvement mindsetPhysical RequirementsRegularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 poundsAbility to work at heights up to 30 feetAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the dayWhy Join Lakeside?At Lakeside, you'll find more than just a job.
