Maintenance Technician

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician | Westford / Lowell Area | $23-$28/hr

The Liberty Group is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity in the Westford/Lowell area.

Pay: $23-$28/hr based on experience

We're looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional who can confidently handle day-to-day apartment maintenance, resident work orders and unit turns with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests

• Perform apartment turns and make-ready work

• Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical issues

• Complete drywall, painting and carpentry repairs

• Repair fixtures, hardware and common apartment components

• Assist with appliance troubleshooting

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Provide professional service when interacting with residents

Qualifications

• Previous apartment, residential or facilities maintenance experience

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills

• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs

• Ability to complete common work orders independently

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable attendance

• Professional communication skills

• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
