We are a residential property management company with more than 6,000 units across the Columbus Metro Area—and we continue to grow. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong experience and interest in plumbing-related maintenance work within our apartment communities.
In this role, you will support general property maintenance with a primary focus on plumbing-related repairs and system upkeep, while also assisting with other maintenance and turnover work as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform maintenance and repair work across apartment communities with a strong focus on plumbing systems and related fixtures
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fittings, water lines, drains, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure issues, and related maintenance concerns
- Support senior maintenance staff with more complex plumbing and property maintenance tasks
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites as needed
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including cutting/assembling pipe, replacing parts, and completing work orders
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable building/maintenance standards
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Prior maintenance or plumbing-related experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or confined spaces
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

- Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Full-time position
SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
- Rotating on-call schedule
