Apartment Maintenance Technician
Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Willowbrook Apartments in Boothwyn, PA. Our Maintenance Technicians do more than just fix things, they help make our communities feel like home. Pay & Benefits
- $22–$23hour, plus:
- Monthly renewal bonus

Type: Full Time
Minimum Experience: Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
