Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Millwright

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Install, align, and disassemble machinery and equipment (millwright duties)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Millwright, or similar role in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot CNC equipment and industrial machinery
• Experience with alignment, rigging, and installation of equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Relevant certifications (e.g., industrial maintenance, millwright, or electrical) preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in industrial environments and at heights when required
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Work Schedule:

• Flexibility to work off-shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency breakdowns as needed
• This is a second shift position, that will train on first shift
