Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Location: Winona, MN

Pay: $25.46/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

About the Role

Join a long-established manufacturer of iron castings, producing parts ranging from 50 to 4,000 pounds for roughly 80 customers across 400 different parts. Express Employment is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a local team. This is long-term, steady work in a stable environment with rare layoffs. This is a company where employees build real careers, and our maintenance team includes members with 60+ combined years of tenure.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Respond to equipment breakdowns
• Assist with special projects, including welding and pneumatic systems
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in maintenance, auto repair, farming, or a related field is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
