What You'll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment to maximize uptime and reliability<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Respond to production line breakdowns and troubleshoot maintenance issues across departments<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain parts inventory, document completed work, and support continuous improvement initiatives<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborate cross -functionally with production, warehouse, and quality teams on maintenance needs<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 2+ years of hands -on maintenance technician experience (technical degree preferred)
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to read schematics/blueprints and interpret technical documentation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Forklift certification eligibility and ability to pass a respirator fit test<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Availability for overtime with short notice; dependable attendance required<\/span>
