SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is a multi-skilled craftsperson responsible for repairing and maintaining
machinery, plants and equipment within the facility. He/she receives job assignments and reports
results to the Maintenance Group Leader assigned to each respective shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year technical school studying applied trades,
plus 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in rubber, plastics, injection or
extrusion manufacturing. Proven experience with complex electrical/controls troubleshooting
and equipment installation/commissioning.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
No certificates or license is required (electric license desired), the employee must cover the essential
duties and have the experience to prove it, also be willing to further his education with any experience
