Location: York, PA
Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in York, PA. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, supporting plant operations, and providing guidance to other technicians. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills along with leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Support daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime
- Assist with maintenance planning and scheduling
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance team members
- Work closely with production and operations teams to resolve equipment issues
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Previous leadership, team lead, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
