Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 26-00066

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician who can perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical production machinery to include the manufacturing plant facility.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Vocational / Technical School Training in Electrical / Mechanical Machine Maintenance and Repair and / or Higher Level of Education
  • Minimum of (1) year of hands-on Machine / Plant Maintenance experience
  • Proficient reading blueprints, schematics, repair / installation manuals and follow both verbal and written work instructions
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
  • Must have experience performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance repair and installation of precision CNC machinery, support equipment and production machinery
  • Experience with CNC machine alignment
  • Able to troubleshoot and repair CNC controls and PLC systems
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems: drivetrains, hydraulic, pneumatic, pumping, and cooling systems
  • Experience as a welder / fabricator to create welded solutions without drawings or guidance
  • Ability to fabricate welded solutions without drawings or guidance
  • Follow, create and recommend modifications to improve preventive maintenance schedules and delegate tasks
  • Experience maintaining facility plumbing, piping and compressed air / gas systems
  • Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills
