We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Technicians will be responsible for completing work orders independently and as a group.
Responsibilities:
General groundskeeping, removal of trash, leaves and snow.
Performing minor repairs to sidewalks, parking lot, lights & roofing.
Maintaining & trimming trees, shrubs and flowers
Assisting in vehicle maintenance.
Misc painting, carpentry & cleaning
Observe and report property damage / safety concerns.
Some weekend work required each month
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, 3 years preferred.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload, climb ladders.
Deadline and detail-oriented
Valid Driver's License Required
Hourly pay commensurate with experience
