Looking for a stable, long-term role where your hands-on problem-solving skills make a real impact? We’re seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our busy manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently.

If you have solid electrical troubleshooting skills, we want to talk to you—we are ready to train the right candidate on hydraulics!

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical & Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair industrial equipment operating at 480V, 240V, and 110V; assist with basic PLC input/output troubleshooting.
• Mechanical & Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections, adjustments, and repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Systems Maintenance: Service pneumatic and hydraulic systems (training provided) and use basic shop tools, torches, and pipe threaders as needed.
• Problem Solving: Use root-cause analysis to fix underlying equipment issues and document work performed.

Key Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills (480V/240V/110V) and basic PLC familiarity.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and preventive maintenance experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and hands-on troubleshooting.

Preferred (Or Willing to Learn!)

• Hydraulic and pneumatic repair (we will train!).
• Experience with CMMS software, light welding, or basic fabrication.
