Responsibilities include:
- General building maintenance upkeep
- Perform pickups and deliver runs
- Lawn & landscape detail
- Help with snow removal
- Assist maintenance with general requests
Requirements:
- Ability to complete forklift training upon hire (onsite training)
- Must be able to lift 50- 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Effectively communicate with supervisor and co-workers
- Must be able to use appropriate tools required for the job. (lawn equipment, hand tools)
- Must be self-motivated and work well with others
