Documenting/tracking of maintenance on facility equipment (compressors, loaders, forklifts, etc.)
Ability to perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance on building and equipment
Ability to perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and maintenance on building and equipment
Wage is negotiable and DOE/Q.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical experience or a combination of formal training and hands-on experience
Flexible, adaptable and works well within a team environment
Self-motivated, self-driven
Knows how to use hand tools and power tools
Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to work standing on hard surface (e.g. concrete) for up to 12 hours per day in hot or cold environment.
Good hand and eye coordination.
Good visual acuity.
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch or stoop to perform various functions of this position.
Ability to reach with hands and arms and able to lift &/or move 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently.
Must be able to read and speak English.
Ability to understand basic math and measurements.
Additional hours may be required outside of normal business hours or as set forth by the demands of the position; ability to work one weekend day per month for preventative maintenance purposes.
Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM One Hour for Lunch
