Working Hours:

Hours will vary depending on the season but primary hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekend coverage. Our facilities are open 365 days a year, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work any hours including weekends or holidays and on-call basis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Prior maintenance experience required
• Able to safely operate maintenance power and hand tools
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Residents, Staff and Guests.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work in all types of weather. There is a frequent need to stand, stop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds)
