Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Worker (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills in the maintenance and repair field.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with Utility work, including repair of Water and Sewer lines
- Assist with general building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and landscaping
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
