About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of the facility, equipment, and shop floor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, garage, and common areas
• Identify and address safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with minor repairs to auto body equipment, lifts, and tools
• Coordinate with management on maintenance schedules and facility improvement projects
• Handle waste disposal and ensure compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
