Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems

• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and address potential problems

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures

• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including trash removal and grounds maintenance

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance or a related field

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair
