Job Description

Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
• Complete special projects as directed

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance or construction
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. will all give you a leg up
