We are seeking a skilled and experienced single family maintenance person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our properties. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities-

- Complete make readys, including trash outs

- Conduct preventative maintenance routine inspections of our properties to identify maintenance needs

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, minor electrical, and minor HVAC repairs

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements-

- Proven experience in single family maintenance

- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Clean background is a requirement as you will be going into occupied homes.

- Clean driving record

We are not an apartment complex, we manage single family homes throughout the whole metroplex and touching counties of the DFW area. This position will call for a lot of driving with the work truck provided. Our office is located at 3100 NW 29th ST, Fort Worth Texas 76106. We are through the gate first door on the left. Our office is located where our duplex are as we do own the whole block.
