EFFECTIVE DATE: August 2026

SALARY: $60,697 - $63,497

BENEFITS: Paid Time Off, Health Benefits, NJ Pension, Tuition Reimbursement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrates maintenance skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess strong skills in grounds maintenance and upkeep, including the operation and maintenance of grounds equipment.
• Experience with small engine repair and routine maintenance is required.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Black Seal license preferred.
