Maintenance Worker - HVAC

Our client, an industry leader in facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Worker - HVAC to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker - HVAC, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Worker - HVAC

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $36.82

Shift: First shift

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Assist in installation and upgrade of HVAC systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in HVAC maintenance or related field required and reflected on resume.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
