SALARY: $33,400.00-$45,192.00 (or per the 2025-2026 Salary Schedule)
REPLACES:Benjamin Giles (resignation)
JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of trades for assigned areas. Knowledge of and skill to use tools of the trades. Skill in reading, interpreting and applying information in technical manuals and other documents. Ability to perform routine duties guided by standard practices. Ability to take initiative to begin projects without supervision. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.

Director of Facilities
JOB GOAL
To assist in efficiently maintaining facilities and equipment in the District in safe and attractive condition.
SUPERVISES:

(26) Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of this position.
(27) Shall assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force and/or up to 10 pounds of force as needed to move objects.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the District's approved compensation plan.
Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the District.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of personnel.
