Driver's License, Groundskeeping, Housekeeping/Cleaning, Lift/Move 50 Pounds, Maintenance Services, Property Maintenance
Basic maintenance and groundskeeping position. Cleaning buildings; trimming grass and weeds; setting up chairs/tables for programs; minor repairs to buildings and grounds; other duties for ongoing programs and events.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; and one year of experience in building maintenance work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver License with a good driving record.
- Applicants with an out-of-state driver license must provide an original certified driving record from the state of driving licensure.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors; subject to extremes of weather including but not limited to heat, cold, wind, dust, and moisture.
- Work requires a moderate level of physical work to include but not limited to walking, lifting, and carrying.
- Work requires lifting from floor up to 50 pounds.
