Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Location: Kingman, KS

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
  • Repair and replace defective parts, components, motors, belts, bearings, and other equipment.
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Respond promptly to production equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for work order documentation and maintenance tracking.
