Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Kingman, KS
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 1st Shift
What's the Job?
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
- Repair and replace defective parts, components, motors, belts, bearings, and other equipment.
- Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Respond promptly to production equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Basic computer skills for work order documentation and maintenance tracking.
