We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property, ensuring guest rooms and facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on guest rooms and hotel facilities
- Complete routine repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep
- Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Inspect property to identify and address maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with HVAC systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
