Maintenance Worker

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Maintenance Worker in Kingstree, SC. The Maintenance Worker would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.

Maintenance Worker Highlights:

• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Pay Range: $18.00 Hourly

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming
• Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing work areas
• Remove trash and recycling materials and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, building exteriors, and outdoor surfaces
• Use proper cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, stains, mold, and grime
• Perform equipment safety checks and basic maintenance on pressure washing equipment
• Assist maintenance teams with general light maintenance and minor repairs
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and equipment malfunctions promptly
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks on time

Maintenance Worker Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience with lawn care, pressure washing, painting, or general maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools, cleaning equipment, and pressure washers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and climb ladders
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Experience in industrial or commercial facilities is a plus
