Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both handyman and landscaping work. Applicant must be willing to work every other weekend. Multi-lingial skills is a plus; English and Spanish.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks on assigned buildings
- Help residents with menial tasks
- Perform small repair tasks on assigned buildings
- Follow directives given by maintenance manager
- Lawn services
- Painting
