Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish clear communication with engineering leadership
  • Assist maintenance staff on special projects
  • Maintain detailed records in English for logs and inspection sheets
  • Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall staining, and ceiling repairs
  • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning
  • Complete other duties as assigned by your leader

What are we looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid Drivers License
  • 6 months to a year previous experience preferred
  • Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and grasp/stoop/reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
