Maintenance Worker

Malco Theatres is seeking a part-time maintenance employee

for Northwest Arkansas. The maintenance employee will assist in the inspection,

maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment in the six Malco Theatres

located in Northwest Arkansas. 

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Respond and attend to management repair

requests.

- Maintaining outside grounds.

- Inspection of facilities and equipment.

- Repair and cleaning of facilities and equipment.

Includes light electrical, plumbing and mechanical duties.

- Preventative maintenance on equipment.

- Operating hand and power tools.

- Providing setup and breakdown for special

events.

- Snow and Ice removal during inclement weather.

- Maintain maintenance inventory and request parts

and supplies as needed.

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- 18 years of age.

- Ability to climb a ladder and work in high

places.

- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and assist

with moving/lifting items with more weight.

- Valid Arkansas Driver’s license and

transportation to access multiple job sites.

- General skills in maintenance, plumbing,

carpentry and electrical.

- Good organization and communication skills.

- Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks

with limited supervision.

- Ability to work in changing climate conditions.

- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
