Maintenance Worker (temp)

Our client is seeking a dependable Temporary Maintenance Worker to assist with general building maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, is comfortable using common tools, and is willing to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform basic building maintenance and general repairs

• Use common hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Complete painting, patching, and touch-up work

• Perform basic plumbing and repair tasks

• Change air filters, light bulbs, and other routine maintenance items

• Follow work orders, instructions, and established procedures

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Basic building maintenance experience

• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools

• Basic knowledge of painting, patching, plumbing, and general repairs

• Basic safety knowledge and awareness

• Ability to follow instructions and work orders

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full-time

Pay = $17/hr
