We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production machinery and subsystems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will be full-time, on-site in Wilsonville, OR.
What You’ll Do
Rigorously follow all safety policies and procedures, including LOTO, arc flash, and stop work authority
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation on production machinery and subsystems
Provide emergency repair response when equipment breaks down
Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks on time, including documentation
Assist in the control and maintenance of the spare parts inventory, including locating and ordering parts and supplies for production machines and maintaining records
Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives
Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods
Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products manufactured
What You'll Need
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Five or more years of experience performing advanced-level troubleshooting and repair on production equipment that operates 24/7
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and customer service to the production floor
Ability to sustain high performance standards and attention to detail in unsupervised situations
Experience using a PC-based system in a network environment, with working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, and CMMS programs
Preferred:
Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

$43.73 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
