Maintenence Assistant

We are looking for an Engineering/Environmental Services Assistant to join our team! The Engineering/Environmental Services Manager is responsible in assisting with the upkeep and repairs of our  Residence of King David.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible in assisting with the upkeep and repairs of the building and outside grounds of the facility.  This includes, but may not be limited to, mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, interior finishes, general routine repairs, emergency repairs, plumbing systems and their related equipment, furniture, fire alarm systems, nurses call systems, electrical equipment, new construction, and remodeling of existing areas. This position is also responsible for housekeeping of the building. 

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License.

• 3 years minimum experience in general building maintenance.

• Sensitivity to senior adults and their needs.

• Must be able to work within and track and maintain a budget

• Must be able to prioritize work orders

• Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
