Major Account Sales Structured Equipment Finance

Overview

A specialty finance platform is seeking an experienced senior originations professional to manage and grow relationships with major corporate and OEM accounts. This role focuses on originating and structuring large-ticket, complex equipment finance transactions across industrial and infrastructure markets.

This is a senior, relationship-driven position involving direct engagement with executive-level stakeholders. Success is based on trusted relationships, structured finance expertise, and the ability to execute multi-million-dollar transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Originate and manage relationships with major accounts and strategic partners.
  • Structure and close complex equipment finance transactions.
  • Engage senior decision-makers, including C-suite and corporate finance leaders.
  • Support a full suite of financing solutions, including loans, leases, tax structures, and asset-based lending.
  • Partner with credit, underwriting, and structuring teams to execute transactions.
  • Manage targeted account strategies and large-ticket deal flow.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in structured finance, equipment finance, commercial banking, or private credit.
  • Strong background in credit, structuring, and complex deal execution.
  • Proven ability to originate and close large, sophisticated transactions.
  • Experience working with OEMs, corporate accounts, or institutional clients.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship management skills.
  • Background in industrial, infrastructure, energy, transportation, or similar sectors preferred.

COMPENSATION AND WORK ARRANGEMENT
  • Base salary: $150, 000 $200, 000
  • Total compensation potential: ~$500, 000+ with performance-based incentives
