Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or administrative support.
• You are an enthusiastic and dedicated team player with the ability to support PPRM’s mission.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and consistently practice ethical communication.
• You are committed to working collaboratively to ensure a high-quality donor experience.
• You have provided high-level customer service in previous roles, both with external and internal constituencies.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and may have experience with Raiser’s Edge or other technology necessary to perform job functions. 
• Although we accept applicants from out of state we provide preference to candidates in the state of Colorado. 

What You'll Do: 

• Maintain accurate donor records in NXT and related systems
• Update donor strategies, contact reports, proposals, pending actions, and next steps within 1–2 business days
• Track portfolio activity and donor engagement; support reporting, dashboards, and data quality audits
• Coordinate monthly portfolio reviews and moves management updates; and assist with proposal tracking and follow-up on key donor actions. 
• Assist in the preparation of donor briefing materials, cultivation plans, proposals, stewardship reports, and meeting packets
• Coordinate logistics for donor meetings, strategy sessions, and portfolio review meetings
• Track action items and follow-through from donor strategy meetings; assist gift officers with portfolio segmentation and prospect list preparation
• Coordinate reporting and processes on the progress of donor relationships; track donor engagement actions (pending and past) and ensure timely completion of data entry
• Assist in creating customized reports for principal, campaign, and major gift donors
• Schedule and coordinate internal donor strategy meetings and portfolio reviews
• Prepare agendas, record action items and status in the database, and monitor completion of follow-up tasks
• Assist with donor event logistics and meeting preparation; and support coordination of CEO and Executive Leadership Team portfolio activities as assigned. 
• This position does not conduct formal prospect research or wealth screening.
• It may support prospect management by assisting with basic donor materials, portfolio summaries, segmentation projects, and portfolio management processes. 

Schedule: ~37.5 hrs./wk.; Monday - Friday 9am-5pm; Hybrid with 1 day in-office a week.

• Ideal candidates are able to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Starting Pay: $22.93/hr. - $27.38/hr.
Additional Pay: +$1.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)
