The Major Gift Officer is a frontline fundraising professional responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding philanthropic support from individuals, families, grateful patients, and community partners in support of Bronson Health Foundation’s mission. Reporting to the Senior Director of Major Gifts & Legacy Giving, this role manages a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects while helping strengthen the Foundation’s growing culture of philanthropy and donor engagement.
The Major Gift Officer plays a key role in identifying philanthropic opportunities, building meaningful donor relationships, and advancing fundraising strategies that support patient care, healthcare innovation, medical technology, community health, and strategic organizational priorities. This role works collaboratively with Foundation leadership, physicians, clinicians, and volunteers to align donor passions with transformational giving opportunities across the health system.
