We are hiring for all shifts, including daytime, nighttime, and weekend coverage. Available schedules include 8:00am–8:00pm, 8:00pm–8:00am, 12‑hour shifts, and multiple 4‑ and 6‑hour shifts throughout the day. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available to meet your availability.
Caregivers provide non‑medical, in‑home assistance tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities may include companionship and conversation, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Personal care duties can include assistance with hygiene, dressing, grooming, activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility and transfers, safety monitoring, and fall prevention. Transportation to appointments or errands may be required when applicable.

We seek caregivers who are trustworthy, reliable, and committed to providing high‑quality care. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to interact effectively with clients experiencing hearing loss, cognitive decline, or dementia. Candidates must be able to work independently, maintain professional boundaries, and protect client confidentiality.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation (drop‑offs are not permitted), proof of auto insurance, and a dependable cell phone with active service. All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Pay ranges from $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with a $3.00 per hour weekend differential. We offer reliable weekly pay via direct deposit, consistent client demand, and flexible scheduling. Benefits are available for caregivers averaging 32+ hours per week and include 401(k) with matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, short‑term disability, life insurance, and paid time off.
