Make Ready Maintenance Tech

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, and hard-working residential Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.

* Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
* Perform duties to restore units to 'market-ready' status to include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
* Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
* Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
* Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
* Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.




Requirements:
* Minimum three years of related experience
* Valid Driver's License
* Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
* Self-starter with ability to work independently
* Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
* Ability to understand and follow direction
* Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Own hand tools
* Requires standing and walking.
* Requires frequent operation of maintenance equipment, such as tools, cleaning equipment, etc.
* Frequent stretching and / or bending to access equipment, objects in need of repair, etc.
* Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Climbing ladders (up to 32ft) possible
