Make Ready Technician (Apartment Maintenance)

Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a Make Ready Tech. to join their team. As a Make Ready Tech., you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Make Ready Tech.

Location: Huntsville, TX

Pay Range: $ 18.91 per hour 

Schedule- Monday to Friday and some weekends may be required

Shift- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Prepare and inspect units to ensure they meet quality standards before new residents move in
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ready units for occupancy
• Coordinate with property management to schedule unit turnovers
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes during all tasks

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred
