Responsibilities
- Perform final preparation and minor repairs on luxury apartments prior to move-in
- Complete drywall repairs and paint touch-ups as needed
- Replace or repair doors, locks, and hardware
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures)
- Assist with other maintenance duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field
- Ability to complete all tasks required to make an apartment rent-ready
- Strong attention to detail to ensure apartments meet presentation standards
- Capable of performing light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, touch-ups)
- Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
