Maker Space Coordinator Classified Lawton OK•IDH2221W•Intern

Description The Department of Chemistry Physics & Engineering is looking for two students to work up to 10-13 hours per week. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting students & professors with 3D printing • Generating demonstrations for outreach events • Teaching students the basics of the slicing software • Maintaining a clean work environment • Maintaining & replacing materials such as filament, resin, paper towels, and isopropyl alcohol.

This position is available to Engineering majors. The position offers a variety of responsibilities that will help a student to build a career portfolio to help with obtaining a full-time position upon graduation.

Applicants must have good communication skills, prior knowledge of FDM Printers and SLA Resin printers, and prior knowledge of basic carpentry and equipment.

Start Date: February 9, 2026 Salary: $20 per hour. Up to 13 hours per week.
