**Marketing and Sales** **Key Responsibilities** - MUST have sales experience - Referral Partner Outreach: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social workers, and insurance partners. - Marketing Materials: Help assemble, update, and distribute marketing packets and promotional materials to potential clients and referral sources. - Lead Management: Support the intake process by following up with leads, updating our CRM database, and helping coordinate care consultations. - Digital Presence: Assist with managing local social media accounts, community engagement, and digital marketing efforts. - Market Research: Identify new networking opportunities, community events, and potential business partnerships in the Lowell area. **Qualifications** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable speaking with new people, making phone calls, and representing the agency in a professional manner. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A genuine interest in the healthcare field and a passion for helping others. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic social media platforms. - High School degree/Associates Degree
