Position: Maki Roll Chef / Sushi Chef

Requirements:

  • Proven experience preparing sushi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sushi, maki rolls, and other menu items according to established recipes
  • Ensure consistency, quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes
  • Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory control, and stock rotation
  • Monitor product quality and report inventory shortages as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
