Position: Maki Roll Chef / Sushi Chef
Requirements:
- Proven experience preparing sushi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures

Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, maki rolls, and other menu items according to established recipes
- Ensure consistency, quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes
- Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory control, and stock rotation
- Monitor product quality and report inventory shortages as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
