About the Role:
MONS HOMECARE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our team in Reisterstown, MD. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance in a respectful and dignified manner
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Requirements:

• Male applicants preferred to meet specific client care preferences and comfort needs
• Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
