About the role
Maintain Cleanliness and Standards: Ensure the locker rooms, workout areas, pool area, and gym are clean, well-maintained, and in line with spa standards.
Guest Interaction: Provide courteous, professional service to all guests, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Compliance: Adhere to all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

What you bring
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous housekeeping or spa experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including towels and cleaning supplies.
Comfortable working in both a team environment and independently.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs (towels, cleaning supplies, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
6 months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work
