About the Role:
Better And Beyond Family Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male STNA or CNA to join our growing care team in Cleveland, OH. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most, providing hands-on personal care in a supportive and family-centered environment.



Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care to clients including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all state and agency guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio STNA or CNA certification required
• Male candidates preferred to meet specific client care needs
• Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with physical needs
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
